Melting shop

Introduction:

Melting shop is equipped with 4 coreless induction furnaces each with 14 tons capacity, and 1 channel holding furnaces with 45 tons capacity , there are also 5 automatic melt pouring machines ranging from 7 to 10 tons of melt per-hour . Around 100,000 tons of melt can be supplied yearly to 4 molding lines .Quantometer, automatic pouring time and inoculation control system are other facilities of melt-shop .​

Furnaces:

The melt shop has 4 induction furnaces with a capacity of 14 tons and also 2 medium frequency furnaces with a capacity of 15 tons. Also, a holding furnace with a nominal capacity of 45 tons.Quality and control processes of melting preparation including separation and storage of ductile and gray scraps, cast ingots with specific analysis and additives of ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, Desulfurization, melting temperature control, etc. are charged in the furnaces according to the production and alloying needs in the melt workshop.MSI inoculation system is used in pourings machines during melting.

Cored wire:

The Graphite spheroidizing for make ductile iron is done by cored wire method with specific FeSiMg.
