As a leading cast iron casting company in the Middle East, our dedicated staff fulfills our mission daily by producing high-quality castings to our customer's specifications.Our quality assurance department has three tasks to ensure the best quality part is fabricated:
- Controlling the incoming materials: We conduct regular supplier reviews and inspect all incoming materials according to international standards.
- Controlling the process production: we carry out process audits and manual inspections during production to identify and rectify any issues that may arise. As a result, we ensure that our customers receive defect-free products that fulfill their requirements. We function around the clock to maintain our products up to the top quality. Advanced technology and process control guarantee your castings meet your specifications.
- Controlling of the metallurgical, mechanical, and dimensional properties and specifications of products according to customers' requirements.Our quality assurance department is composed of highly experienced professionals with degrees in relevant. We use modern equipment to measure and coordinate product quality, constantly testing the process and the product to ensure that our customers receive products that meet their desired standards.
